1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pkjk platform and all its services. By accessing pkjk through the website, mobile version or any other means, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the pkjk platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on pkjk. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Information Provided at Registration

When opening an account, the member must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on the national ID card or passport).
• Correct date of birth (for age verification).
• An active mobile number.
• A valid email address.

If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, pkjk reserves the right to close it at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the pkjk support team immediately.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

pkjk may at any time ask a member to submit a copy of their national ID card, passport or driving licence for age verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If a member is found to be a minor, the account will be closed and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

pkjk's services are intended for residents of Bangladesh. Membership is not accepted from areas where online gaming is fully prohibited under local law. It is each user's responsibility to stay informed about the laws in their own area.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally delivered to your designated payment account within 10 to 45 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account KYC verification must be completed.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal may not be approved until the wagering requirement is met.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit at pkjk, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will add an extra ৳6,000 in bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any winnings earned from a bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳25,000 worth of bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be used on bonus-eligible games.
• There is an option to play directly with real money without accepting a bonus.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household at the same address will each receive one bonus.
• pkjk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonuses are detected (such as placing bets with minimal risk), the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP and Loyalty Program

pkjk's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to the next tier based on regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pkjk is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined through neutral and verifiable technology. No player or third party has any influence over game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the last state saved on the game provider's server will be considered final. pkjk is not responsible for all technical issues, but every effort is made to resolve problems.

6.3 Game Providers

pkjk provides services in partnership with third-party game providers. Games from several well-known providers are available on the pkjk platform, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. 6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Specific betting limits must be observed when using a bonus — placing bets beyond the permitted limit while using a bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkjk platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using deliberate or unusual betting strategies with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Playing games using any software, bot, script or automated method.
• Taking advantage of any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Using pkjk for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating an account with false information.
• Harassing other members or staff or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
• Making fraudulent payment claims (chargebacks) against pkjk.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by pkjk

pkjk may temporarily suspend any account at any time and for any reason — particularly on suspicion of a breach of terms. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily halted while an investigation is underway.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the pkjk support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (provided the wagering requirement has been met).

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

pkjk provides its services on an "as is" basis. pkjk is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection or delays.
• Server or software errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to a member's account (where caused by the member's own negligence).
• Loss caused by malware or security issues on the user's own device.
• Unexpected technical maintenance or server downtime.

In any case, pkjk's maximum liability to a member shall be limited to the amount deposited by the member in the relevant transaction. pkjk will not provide compensation for indirect or consequential losses.

10.1 KYC Process

11 Changes to Terms

pkjk reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these rules and terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is always displayed at the top of this page.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will first be addressed through the pkjk support team. pkjk's decision shall be considered final, however a member may exercise their rights through legal channels.
